Regulamin Rezerwacji Grupowych
Scoria Restaurant

1. Group booking refers to the organization of lunch or dinner for groups of 10 or more people, in a restaurant SCORIA in Bydgoszcz, 15 Stary Port Street.
2. Within the reservation SCORIA restaurant provides: a menu according to the arrangements, waiter and sommelier service.
3. Additional costs such as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and possible orders from the menu card will be added to the bill according to consumption.
4. Confirmation of the reservation is to make a payment in cash, by credit card or to the bank account of SCORIA restaurant no later than 72 hours before the planned ceremony of the amount of PLN 50 for each declared person.The rest of the payment should be made on the spot by cash or credit card.
5. Orders outside the SCORIA offer e.g. special cake, special table decoration etc., as well as group reservations for more than 16 people require separate arrangements.
6. In case of failure to make the payment in the required time the reservation will be automatically canceled.
7. The payment referred to in pt. 4 shall constitute a deposit within the meaning of Article. 394 of the Civil Code.
8. In the case of cancellation of the reservation or a reduction in the number of guests 24 hours before the planned ceremony or later, SCORIA restaurant will charge the organizer of the group reservation with costs amounting to 100% of the value of the ordered service.  
9. Correspondence exchanged by the parties via the Internet and e-mail is treated as a document within the meaning of the Civil Code.
