Rules of the Scoria Restaurant
1. Each guest of the restaurant is obliged to comply with these rules. Staying in the restaurant is tantamount to accepting the conditions described in the rules.
2. Only the Guest who ordered a meal or other catering service is allowed in the restaurant.
3. The attendant, management and staff have the right to refuse to serve a Guest in the event of his/her intoxication or if other circumstances could affect the safety or comfort of other Guests. If service is refused for this reason, the Guest is obliged to leave the restaurant immediately.
4. We do not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18 or to persons who are intoxicated.
5. Food and beverages purchased exclusively in the restaurant may be consumed on the restaurant premises, unless the manager has agreed to deviate from this rule.
6. Complaints about the quality of the food are only taken into account immediately after consumption has begun.
7. An allergen chart is available for inspection at the restaurant bar.
8. Guests are not allowed to play their own music from any kind of media.
9. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the restaurant.
10. The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Friday from 16:00 to 22:00, on Saturday from 14:00 to 22:00, on Sunday the restaurant is open from 13:00 to 18:00 and orders are taken until 19:00.
11. Reservations can be made by phone at 887-515-515, via the app/website www.mojstolik.pl
12. A confirmed reservation is only guaranteed for 15 minutes after the set time. The booking can only be extended after the guest has contacted the restaurant in advance.
13. Acceptable forms of payment are cash or card. In exceptional circumstances, a bank transfer is acceptable after informing the staff in advance and with the consent of the staff.
14. Scoria Restaurant, reserves the right to charge an advance for reservations of more than 6 people on selected days in order to guarantee a place.
15. For bookings for 8 or more people, a service charge of 10% will be added.
16. The restaurant is covered by a monitoring system. The administrator of the processed personal data is Scoria Sp. z o.o. based in Bydgoszcz.
17. The restaurant's RODO policy can be found at www.scoria.pl.
18. Please send any complaints to the following e-mail address: restauracja@scoria.pl , or by post to: Scoria Restaurant, 15 Stary Port Street, 85-068 Bydgoszcz with the annotation "ADVERTISEMENT". The time to consider a complaint is 14 working days.
18. These terms and conditions are valid from 28.05.2021, have been introduced for an indefinite period of time and may be changed at any time without giving any reason.
